In 2006, we settled two brain injury cases for maximum policy benefits in addition to disability and other benefits; two wrongful death cases; recovered a large estate for clients in a Lost Will situation; and have recovered for several Fen-phen claimants against the AHP Trust. We recently recovered the maximum death amount available for a young boy, whose father fell 110 feet to his death, in a workers case.
